Hammock Chair

We have a swing hanging in our upstairs office. You can sit in it, relax, watch a little TV, hang out with me while I blog... Sophia has other plans for it. She loves to lean into it with her elbows, and press her face into the netting. Then she'll push off with her feet, and swing in it.

It's a great swing. The first year Sophia was home she woke numerous times a night, and I would bring her in and gently swing her to calm her back down. It's bolted securely into the beam in the ceiling, so even DH can pile in with a kid or two.

I love the swing!! My brother has one like it and its SO relaxing to swing in!! I have a friend that used to have a kids swing (the bucket type) and they had theirs into a beam in the ceiling! I thought it was SO cool!!! Great idea! I'll have to do something like that in the big room upstairs that Aidan and Evan sleep in! They'd love it!! Any idea where to buy a swing like you have for a halfway decent price? that's the only type I'd want in my home!
The Burt's Bee's stuff was at CVS and although I bought a bunch... they still had a few things left. It was at the end of an isle as you walk down to the right side in a seperate little thing on clearance. (not with the Burt's Bee's display out front) Not sure how much they have left but hope you can get some of the little soaps or whatever...they smell SO good!!!

That is an awesome swing! I want one! Oh and to answer your question we are either getting a Fluffy Pembroke Welsh corgi puppy, or a two year old corgi. We are not sure yet.

I love your swing. Yes, if I had that swing I'd never get a thing done. Hmmm.... not that I do now anyway.
