DH went to the local Lowe's and got these this morning. He's installed them on the bathroom cabinets, the drawers, and cabinet doors under the sink. We may go back and get more. They are AWESOME. To open the door or drawer, you have to touch the very strong magnet on just the right spot (which will take some getting used to!), and then you can easily open it.
Sophia can no longer get into the cabinets or drawers. If you're considering safety locks, these are a MUST HAVE. The other ones will slow them down for awhile, but then they quickly figure out hot to get in. We're keeping the magnet on top of the fridge, but shhhh.... don't tell Sophia!
p.s. She'll still get into her share of mischief, this afternoon WHILE DH WAS PUTTING THE LOCKS ON IN THE KITCHEN, she was putting stickers on the screen of the big screen tv in the living room. Yeah. That's how she rolls. Glad we got the stickers off before the big game tomorrow... although we ALL already know WHO WILL WIN, don't we???

Oh my! She does keep things interesting, doesn't she?
Glad you found some Sophia-proof locks!
Have fun watching the game tomorrow.
Those look like some winner locks. I've already worn out the childproofing I did back during homestudy time. I'll have to check these out.
glad you found something.
Might have to look into these, LOL.
Sorry for laughing but sticking stickers on the tv, that 'll teach for locking up the good stuff, LOL.
Thanks for sharing your new locks with us, you just might have saved me a headache or two. ;)
That girl is a handful! I don't miss that stuff at all. I used to pull my hair out over the things Justin would do.
Awesome locks!
I'm not sure I could get into those locks! I think they may be adult proof!
I think we need those locks!
I haven't seen those before. I'll keep my eyes open for them.
She's schmarter than you give her credit. I say she figures it out....
Those are awesome locks. We had them at our old house and loved them. My boys got into everything so they were very useful. We didnt put them on this house becuase we plan to redo the kitchen and they are not cheap so we decided to hold off and just put the cheapy ones up. Love those though-- they are really good.
Christy :)
our kids never chewed through the chains.
You write very well.
