This is me, just before entering kindergarten. I actually remember this picture being taken, I was scared! My mom had braided my very straight hair the day before, and had taken the braids out to make my hair wavy like this. See, my hair really is blonde! Over the years it has darkened, and now I have to get highlights to get my blonde back - not fair!

You should have seen what my mom did to my hair for my kindergarden picture. SHE PERMED IT! Needless to say I will NEVER get another perm. It scared me for life.

I love that picture. My Mom used to make me sleep on a hundred of those pink sponge rollers and then she'd give me a Pebble's sprout in the middle of my forehead. EVERY SINGLE PICTURE DAY!
