Sophia makes a Chinese Lantern. She also made a Chinese Yo Yo, a Mask, stamped with a chop, and had her name written in Chinese characters. We bought videos and books, and watched 10 seconds of the dragon dance before we had to leave the theater, it was so dark, LOUD and scary for Sophia. We got there too late to see the music and dance show.

Where's Paige? Home sleeping; we couldn't get her out of bed to attend the festivities! Pornphen was with us, but was off in another section of the building visiting friends from Thailand that were also attending the celebration.

HAPPY CNY! Sophia looks adorbale in her outfit. She is so cte and the personality shines right through in each picture. Funny you mentioned the LOUD show...Mia HATES any kind of performance that is loud. We have yet to take her to a movie becasue I know she will hate it. Is it just me, or is the rest of the world losing their hearing? Even Disney stuff is over the top loud!

I love the first picture. She is such a cutie! I remember our shopping excursiom in Guangzhou... We did have a good time, didn't we? I wish I could bottle that time up and go visit it any time I wanted...sigh...
