I make home-made pizza about once a week. Usually when I'm mixing up the dough (in my Kitchen-Aid), Sophia will go over to her little kitchen, and turn her mixer on too, (It's battery operated). Then I will see her smiling, and will throw her (imaginary) dough up in the air and catch it, like I sometimes do. She has such a cute grin on her face when she does that!
Hawaiian Pizza, ready for the oven! Hawaiian pizza (at least around here) is Ham & Pineapple, w/regular pizza sauce. I like to use provolone & Mozzarella cheese whenever I make pizza. I brush some olive oil on the crust, too. I almost always cook my pizza on our pizza brick in the oven. Yum!
