Sophie Dances with Daddy

Sophia just LOVES dancing with her Daddy. Her favorite song to sing and dance to is the "Hallelujah Song". She sings right along with it, and just beams from ear to ear when we put the CD on. Here are a few pics I took today of them dancing.

Look what Noah & Dad built!

Noah got an Erector Set for Christmas. Noah & Dad have been working on building a forklift, and here's Noah showing off the finished product!

Crafty Noah

Here is Noah, proudly displaying the checkerboard he made. Dad helped him measure out the squares onto the wood, and Noah colored each one in with a marker. Noah is quite an entrepreneur, he wants to make more and sell them on Ebay!

Dad took Noah to get his haircut today. He was willing to take the camera to get the 'before' and 'after' shot for me!

Paige, age 4, talks about Disneyworld

Paige (age 3 1/2) sings Disney's 'Main Street USA'

Turn up the volume to hear Paige's cutie-pie rendition of 'Main Street USA'. She was 3 1/2, and we were in Disneyworld for the first time (in the hotel) when she sang this. I love her little voice, and her speech!

Noah & Dad

Happy Valentine's Day!

What an interesting Valentine's Day it's been! Paige and Noah were home from school due to a good ole' blizzard. The blizzard warning is until 5 am tomorrow morning, with 12-20 inches of snow expected. Right now it's hailing and blowing, and we're ready with candles and oil lamps in case we lose power with all the wind. Here is Noah, in his room (2nd story), pointing at all the snow that has gathered so far on the porch roof. Sophie and Daddy are out plowing, trying to keep up with it. Here's Sophie telling Paige to be quiet while she talks on the phone, and reads the new Disney princess book she got for Valentine's Day. Daddy gets 'shhhhhh'd' too!

Here is Sophia's favorite Disney character. I can't wait until she meets her in person, in Disney! Sorry I haven't posted for the past week! Things have been busy, but I'm working on a recent video of Sophie dancing and singing with her Daddy. I will post as soon as I get a chance, hopefully later today. Keep checking back!

Sophie's ABC's and 123's

I recorded this video today, of Sophia counting to 10, and saying her ABC's. I know she's a bit hard to understand, and it doesn't help that she speaks so quietly. FYI: After she says her ABC's, she continues with: "Now I know my ABC's, next time won't you sing with me ... too..." I know that part is harder to understand. LOL Go ahead and turn up the volume, she speaks softly.

Sledding w/Paige-e

Today it was (finally!) warm enough, and nice enough to go out and play in the snow. Paige and Carolyn took Sophia out to sled, beside the house. The picture of Paige & Sophie on the sled is a bit blurry, because they were zooming past me, and I guess I didn't have my camera on the right setting!
